Put simply, bricks & mortar has changed Dan's life and his passion for property & the construction industry only continues to grow...

 

Dan has been involved in construction & property for a combined 20 years, and has been actively investing in property for over a decade.

 

It started with a BSc (hons) Construction Management degree in Leeds, which then led to working for a bluechip main contractor managing construction sites ranging from £2 - 35 million.

 

In 2013 he started his first property business, which has now expanded to a multi million pound portfolio and is continuing to grow.

 

Dan is now full time in property and has a development company alongside the existing the portfolio, which breathes new life into old buildings, turning them into desirable homes & also satisfies the desire to always have a project on the go....

 

More Than Bricks & Mortar has since been set up to offer project consultancy & related investment resources, sharing Dan's knowledge and helping others maximise their profits in property.

In a nutshell Dan's passion is to transform & create new spaces - built to the highest quality, completed on time, within budget and help others do the same.

 

In his spare time Dan has a passion for anything with four wheels, along with health & fitness and you’ll either find him in his garage or running over the moors!
