A full day site visit with Dan entails visiting your project with two parts to the day:

Stage 1 - Site appraisal

We will tour your project whilst going through any proposed plans, identifying:

​

·      Existing condition -  roof/ damp / structural problems

·      Proposed plans - in relation to the existing property

·      Fundamentals - layouts, drainage & utilities 

·      The correct scope of works to obtain the right builders quotes

Stage 2 - More Than Bricks Checklist

We will go for a coffee and initially go through the checklist to ensure your project is on the right track and also address the following items:

​

·      Onboarding contractors 

·      Value engineering 

·      Quality management

·      Sequencing & programming

·      Snagging & handover

​

These initial site visits usually save 10 x the cost (+ more!) vs the cost - this stage is crucial to ensuring a project comes in on time, on budget with great quality...
